As a Reporter, you can complete and submit farm reports on Trev but there are some limitations to what you can do. The main thing to note is that you can enter and edit feed and livestock events only within the time period that a report is for, so if you report weekly then you are only able to enter events that have occurred within that week. You will be able to view previous events, but you'll be unable to edit historic events or enter future events.

So what does this mean for you?

It's now more important than ever to double check the integrity of the data you're inputting, as once you've submitted the report you will not be able to open and edit it again. We'll do our part to make sure your mob tallies and stock numbers line up, but it's always great to double check the numbers before hitting submit.

If you need to make any edits after you've submitted the report, you will need to contact an Editor, Authorised or Full Access user within the organisation that you're associated with.

You'll also be able to view all reports in the Analytics section of Trev, but won't be able to download them as a CSV file.
