Yes you can! If you’re a Full Access or Authorised user for your farm, you’ll be able to give new team members access to the farm account.
To add a new team member, follow these steps:
Click the menu icon (the three lines) in the top left corner of your dashboard
Click on Your Farms
Click on the name of the farm you want to edit a user’s access for
Click the Team tab, this will show you the list of team members with access to the farm and their corresponding access level
Click Invite user
Enter the new team members email address and check if they are already set up in Trev.
If they are not set up in Trev you will need to enter their full name, the access level you want them to have and then send them an invite to join Trev. Once the have signed up they will have access to the farm
If they are already set up in Trev, all you need to do is select their access level and then click Add User
Note: All Trev accounts are for individual use only and shouldn’t be shared across teams.
