If you’re a Full Access or Authorised user for your farm, you’ll be able to update your opening stock numbers by following these steps:
Click the menu icon (the three lines) in the top left corner of your dashboard
Click on Farms
Click on the name of the farm you want to edit opening numbers for
From the Farm Setup tab, scroll down to Opening livestock under the Season Setup section.
Click the edit button (blue pencil icon) next to 'Opening livestock'
Update the opening numbers by entering the number of animals in each stock type. Missing a stock class? - see here.
When you are happy with the updates, click Save Changes
Note: Modifying opening numbers will create found and missing events in a prior season in order to align the closing stock reconciliation with these adjusted opening values. See here for more information.
