Somewhere along the line your feeding levels may not have been entered accurately or you might have over or underestimated the amounts you have on hand. No worries, Trev’s Feed Events make it easy to make manual adjustments and make sure your data is right on the mark.

If you need to create a new Feed Event:

  1. Select Supplements from the drop-down in the top right to open the Feed Events section

  2. Click Add Another at the top in green

  3. Enter the info in the Feed Event card and select the relevant Event Type from Adjustment, Wasted, Consumed, Grown, Transfer In, or Transfer Out

  4. Click the blue Add button at the bottom

  5. Add multiple different feeds as you need by clicking Add Another

  6. Once you’ve entered all the Feed Events you need, click the blue Save & Continue button

If you need to edit an existing Feed Event:

  1. Select Supplements from the drop-down in the top right to open the Feed Events section

  2. Find the entry you need to edit or delete

  3. Click the blue square with the pencil inside to the right of that entry

  4. To edit: make any updates you need to then click the blue Update button

  5. To delete: Click the red Remove Event button. Easy!

Handy tip! To get your data back on track, Trev gives you the ability to enter negative units in the Feed Event card when making adjustments.

Don’t forget! Whether you can edit or delete data is dependent on your user access. If you’re a Full Access, Authorised or Editor user you’ll be able to edit or delete both historic and future events, while a Reporter can only edit or delete events the week of the relevant report, before the report is submitted.
