Why can’t I see my stock events that I just entered?

Scratching your head because the stock event you’ve just entered hasn’t appeared? It’s actually very simple. Trev shows you all the historical events plus those that occurred during the reporting week, so if you’ve entered a future date by accident it won’t be visible until that time period.

Easy fix! As a Full Access, Authorised or Editor user, here’s how to solve it:

  1. Use the filter in the top right (three lines with three circles) to expand the date range beyond the current week, so you can find your event.

  2. Click the edit button to the right on that event

  3. Change the date the event occurs or click the red Remove Event button

  4. Click the blue Update button

Don’t forget! Double check your dates when you enter a new event. If you’re a Reporter, you’ll need to ask someone within your organisation with a higher level of access to help you.
