It’s important that your mobs in the Mob Management & Feed Levels section of your report match what you have on the farm. If you’ve bought or transferred stock to your farm since the last report was completed, they will need to be added to an existing mob or you’ll need to create a new one.

To create a new mob:

  1. Click Add Another at the top of the section

  2. Enter the info in the Mob Management card then click the blue Feeding Levels button

  3. Enter the different types of feed and quantities the mob is getting per day

  4. Add more as you need to by clicking Add Another

  5. Make sure your variance is at zero, then click the blue Add button

To edit an existing mob:

  1. Click on the blue square with the pencil to the right of the mob you want to edit

  2. Make any changes in the Mob Management card then click the blue Feeding Levels button

  3. Make any changes needed in the Feeding Levels card

  4. Click the blue Update button

Trev will let you know if your mobs don’t match up with your Stock Reconciliation, right down to the mob type and how many extra animals you’ve added, to give you a hand with balancing your numbers. Once you’ve got your numbers right, click Save & Continue to move on to the next section.

Don’t forget! It’s important that you complete a report every week so that your mob data populates automatically in your Trev reports.
