Here you will enter the chosen days and times for the lessons. Choose any time between 8am and 7pm at 15 minute intervals.
For lessons at the same time each week, fill out Week A. For a two-week timetable, fill out Week A and Week B.
Please keep in mind:
A day and time for every pupil
No clashing times. If your pupils are having lessons in multiple subjects, or multiple lessons in one subject, double check there are no clashing times.
What if your pupil has multiple lessons per week?
Multiple lessons are when your pupil or group is having more than one lesson a day or more than one lesson in a week
Each lesson your pupil or group has can be on the same day at different times or back-to-back, and in the same subject or a different subject.
Whatever you need, we can create a timetable to suit you! You’ll just need to fill in the subsequent days and times you’d like them to have lessons.
