To start a chat message you'll have to log into the MyWorkChoice app using your credentials. If you need a refresher or to reset your password here's some how-to info.
Go to any screen in the app and on the top right corner that's an icon with two thought bubbles with three dots. (Reference below photo).
Tap on that chat icon and select the blue "Send us a message" button.
Type out your question(s), hit send, and we'll reply back to you asap.
