Adding customers

How to add customers in the NabyPay app.

Steps

  1. Open the navigation menu

    Tap the icon ( ☰ ) in the top right.

  2. Tap 'Customers'

    This will take you to your list of customers.

  3. Open the actions menu

    Tap the floating button ( ⋮ ) in the bottom right corner.

  4. Tap 'Add customer'

    Choose this option to add a new customer.

  5. Add customer details

    1. Toggle whether they are a person or business

    1. Enter the first and last name

    2. Add the business name (if a business)

    3. Enter the email address

    4. Add a phone number (optional)

    5. Enter the billing address

  6. Confirm details

    Tap 'Add customer' to save.


Tips

  • Saved customers can be selected when creating invoices to autofill their details.

  • You can update customer information anytime from Customers.
