If you are trying to play a video and it is continually buffering, try the following:

INTERNET CONNECTION

  • stop any other files from downloading
  • close any websites that might be constantly updating
  • close messaging apps that might be slowing your computer down
  • close everything down and only have Namastream open

BROWSER
We support Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Whichever browser you prefer, please use the most up-to-date version available to ensure that everything on the site works smoothly. We do not support Windows (e.g. Surface) or Internet Explorer.

SELECT AUTO IN THE HD VIEWER
In the viewer, click on the HD in the lower right corner. Select 'auto' to ensure our player will intelligently select the best quality for your particular network connection
