Do you know this feeling? You come across a wise quote and wish this would change your mood, your attitude, your life?

In most cases, we miss recalling the quote at the right moments. Especially if it's a matter of weeks, not days.

Some Napkin Thinkers, us included, run something known as mindset affirmation. In a daily routine, you re-read the most important ideas you wish to have an impact on your mindset.

I created a dedicated tag for this purpose and run it every morning with my first coffee. I love it, it's simple and it works.
