Inviting Napps to your Klaviyo account is optional and not necessary to finalize your integration. If you experienced any difficulties while configuring iOS or Android, feel free to invite us to your Klaviyo account, and we’ll be happy to help you with the setup.
Step 1
Navite to Klaviyo, and login if needed to your account
Step 2
Click on your account profile in the bottom left corner, then select Settings from the pop-up menu.
Step 3
After click on the sidebar menu in "Users" and then click on the button"Add new user".
Step 4
After that, click on the sidebar menu under Users, and then select the “Add New User” button.
Once you’ve finished, please reach out to your Onboarding Specialist via email or phone to inform them that your invitation has been sent. Feel free to ask any questions or address any issues you encountered while attempting to set up the integration.
