To access the features related to cart customization, simply click on “App Options” under “Page Manager”. Once there, you’ll find “Cart Options” listed at the top. This section allows you to manage powerful tools that enhance the shopping experience, including Free Shipping, Cart Gift Rewards and Gift Wrap options.
Key Cart Tools Available
Free Shipping Progress Bar
Motivate your customers to spend more with a progress bar that displays how much more they need to qualify for free shipping. You can customize this feature by:
Selecting the countries where free shipping applies.
Defining the minimum purchase amount required to activate free shipping.
Cross-sell Carousel
Displays personalized product recommendations based on a customer's wishlist and recently viewed products, showing relevant items that align with each customer's interests.
Define the Carousel headline and content on this option.
Cart Gift Rewards
The Cart Gift Rewards option allows you to add a product to the customer's cart automatically. This can be used for gift wrapping, free gifts, service charges, or other cart-level additions.
This option applies to the entire cart rather than individual products, making it ideal for offers or services that should be added once per order.
Customize this tool to:
Apply the reward to one or more countries.
Set the minimum spend required to qualify for the gift.
Choose the product(s) offered as gifts, with options for multiple reward levels to further boost conversion rates.
Gift Wrap Option
Give your customers the choice to add gift wrapping at checkout. This feature works by adding a designated product to the cart, making it suitable for gift wrapping, gift messages, or other cart-level services. The selected option applies to the entire order and cannot be added to individual products.
