We grow three types of peaches, each with its own characteristics. Our flat peaches have a red skin and white flesh, and they become softer as they ripen while developing a fresh and sweet flavor. The red peaches have a red skin with yellow flesh and are especially juicy, with a sweet and fruity taste that intensifies over time. The yellow peaches also have yellow flesh but remain firm even as they ripen, offering a slightly tangy flavor and a refreshing texture.
Which varieties of peaches do you harvest and what is the difference between them?
