How can I adjust the delivery address or delivery date of my order?

You can easily change both the delivery address and the delivery date of your order directly through your user account. Please note that these changes are only possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared or shipped.

To change the delivery address, log in to your account and go to the “My orders” section. Select the relevant order and click on “Change” next to the delivery address. There you can update the details as needed.

If you want to change the delivery date, also go to “My orders”, select the order in question, and click “Edit” next to the estimated delivery date. You will then be able to choose a new available date from the calendar, highlighted in green.
