Click on “My account”.
Click on “Forgot your password?”
Enter your email address with which you registered your user account.
You will receive an email with the instructions to reset your password.
Advice 💡: Each time you click on the link to reset your password, you will receive a new email, which overwrites the previous one. Only the most recent email is valid! Please check that the email does not accidentally enter your SPAM folder. If you still have not received an email after 5 minutes after resetting your password, please make sure you have spelled your email address correctly.
