When can I expect my order?

When placing your order, you can select an approximate delivery date. Please keep in mind that all delivery dates are estimated. We cannot guarantee an exact date, as we depend heavily on natural conditions and external factors such as weather. For example, rain can delay the harvest and therefore also the planned shipment. In addition, occasional delays may occur during transport. However, in most cases, orders arrive on the originally planned date.

If it rains, we are unable to harvest the fruit—not because we do not want to work in the rain, but because the quality of the fruit could be affected. Since we are dealing with fresh, seasonal fruit that is picked at peak ripeness and not treated with preservatives, harvesting it while wet would cause the skin to soften more quickly. On rainy days, we therefore wait not only for the rain to stop but also for the fruit to dry before harvesting. Our priority is to ensure that you receive the fruit in the best possible condition, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your parcel’s tracking number. Through the link provided in that email, you can check the current status and location of your shipment at any time. You can also find this information in your user account under “My orders” in the details of the respective order.
