When you place the order, you can choose the approximate shipment date. We cannot assure you this date, as we depend a lot on nature and circumstances, such as rain which delays the harvest and planned shipment.

If it rains, we cannot harvest the fruit. Not because we do not want to get wet, but because the fruit could go bad quickly. Since we are dealing with seasonal fruit, recently picked and not treated with any preservatives, we cannot send it wet because the humidity will cause the peel to soften quicker. On rainy days we need to wait not only until it stops raining but also until the fruit has dried before we collect it. We aim for you to receive the fruit in its best condition; that’s why we ask for and are grateful for your patience.

However, for the most part, the orders arrive on the planned date.
