Why do I see another return address on the label of the shipment company?

Learn why packages are redirected to Tafel Mannheim for delivery issues, and what happens if the address is incorrect or delivery is refused

Your shipment comes directly from Spain. The fruits and vegetables are harvested on our plantations and shipped from our logistics center. The first scan of your package occurs at the logistics center in the destination country.

On the label, you’ll see that we work with Tafel Mannheim, which accepts the packages in case they could not be delivered. If the delivery address is incorrect or the courier cannot deliver the order, the package will not be returned to us. To avoid food waste, the boxes are directly forwarded to Tafel Mannheim. Fresh products cannot be resent as they would spoil, and side products can be affected by long transport routes. Unfortunately, a return transport is very logistically challenging and unsustainable.
