Organic Extra-virgin olive oil (2.5l tin): We send the olive oil in a container made of tin. We prefer to always send a bit more than what it says on the container and in this case you will receive more than 2,5 liters. This means that the container is filled to the brim, which means that it takes some knack to serve the content without spilling any oil. We recommend to do it as follows:

  1. Open the black plug and pull it upwards. To open it turn it counter-clockwise.

  2. Open the vent (red plug) with caution to avoid spillage.

  3. Pour part of the content in a smaller container. Look for a container with a wide opening to avoid what happened to us in the video below 😉.

Organic Extra-virgin olive oil (2.5l Bag-in-Box): This system consists of a sturdy cardboard box containing a flexible inner bag, designed to protect and preserve the freshness of the olive oil. Thanks to the hermetic seal, contact with oxygen is minimized, considerably extending the oil's shelf-life and preventing oxidation. An advantage of Bag-in-Box packaging is the reduced use of materials compared to conventional rigid packaging. The combination of cardboard and the internal bag structure means minimal use of plastic.
