Can I visit you?

Written by Hannah

Yes, we are delighted to welcome you and show you the day-to-day work at our finca.

Depending on which tree you adopted, you can choose between two main visit options:

  • Bétera (Finca el Carmen): Explore our orange tree fields and the traditional farmhouse (the Masía), and get a behind-the-scenes look at our logistics centre.

  • Jérica (Campillo de Julia): Located about an hour from Bétera, this is where our olive groves and a beautiful former monastery are located. If we are lucky, we might even spot our wild horses among the trees.

If you adopted your tree recently, please bear in mind that it takes up to 6 months to fully register and tag new trees. We gather the adoptions, hire a company to prepare the metal tags, hang them on the trees, map the exact location, and take a photo. Therefore, you might not be able to visit your own specific tree just yet, but you are more than welcome to visit the plantation itself!

If your orange tree is located at our Verger de Alicia plantation, please note that we do not have the capacity to organize regular individual visits there. However, we offer exclusive group visits on October 23, 2026, and February 12, 2027.

How to arrange your visit:

  • Existing customers: Please get in touch via our contact form 2–3 weeks prior to your preferred visit date. Choose “Appointment for a visit” from the drop-down menu so we can arrange a date and time that works for both sides.

  • Not a customer yet? If you don't have a customer account with us yet, you can easily reserve your visit online through the platform WeFarmYou. We currently offer two different visit options on Wednesday morning and Thursday morning.
