We're sorry to hear you want to stop maintaining your tree, but we understand there can be many reasons for this decision. Please don’t worry! We’ll continue taking care of your tree and offer its future harvest to someone who hasn't adopted a tree yet. If you'd like to keep caring for your tree but have some suggestions for improvement, feel free to let us know.
These are your options:
Temporary pause of maintenance.
If you still have enough kilos of oranges from previous seasons, you can pause the maintenance for one season. Please note: If you decide to start paying again after the pause, the maintenance fee might change. This can happen because costs (like water or other expenses) can fluctuate from one season to the next.
End of the maintenance payment.
For security reasons, you’ll need to cancel your adoption yourself through your user account.
How to Cancel:Enter your garden and click on the tree that you no longer want to maintain.
Below its location map, you’ll see an option to stop the maintenance.
After a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once confirmed, you won’t be charged for maintenance, and no more kilos of oranges will be added to your tree for the next season.
If you cancel during the harvest season, the change will take effect for the next season.
Even if you stop maintaining your tree, you can still enjoy the kilos of oranges from previous seasons during the next harvest season.
Please note: If you stop paying the maintenance fee for two consecutive seasons, your tree will automatically return to us. It will no longer appear in your virtual garden, and its name plaque will be removed. We’ll then offer it to someone else.
