How can I report an issue with my order?

It is not always in our hands that each and every of our fruits or products arrives in perfect state, but we can assure you to always find a solution for you! 🤗

One of our biggest challenges in direct selling is logistics, which includes a customized box and filling for every product. Figuring out which is the correct state of ripeness so that fruits won't suffer bruising and how we should pack them is always arduous. As they are freshly picked, synthetically untreated and not receiving any post harvest treatment, the products are susceptible to deterioration.

We are always eager to receive your feedback and comments on your orders. Your opinions are crucial in helping us improve our products, services, and resolve any potential issues or problems. This chat was created with the aim of simplifying and expediting the communication process between you and us.

It's really simple! Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account:

  2. Go to the "My Orders" tab

  3. Click on the "Contact Us" button on the corresponding order:

Once you have clicked on "Contact Us," a chat window will open. You can then ask questions, provide feedback on the order, report issues, or request assistance. We will receive your feedback and can pass it on to our agronomists or to the transport company and find a solution for you.

Important note:

Remember that since we are dealing with personalized and/or perishable products you can only open a claim during the first 14 days from the moment you receive the order. It is required to add photos - please if you get your harvest in poor condition or incomplete, take a picture of the box and the product to better analyze the incident.
