Use the Chat Sidebar
The chat sidebar in Narify makes it easy to reach out whenever you have a question or need support. Whether you're looking for advice from our LinkedIn expert chatbot, Rocket, or want to connect with the support team, everything starts from the bottom-right chat icon.
Rocket is powered by Richard van der Bloms, always up-to-date algorithm report, so you can get the best advise for your teams LinkedIn activity!
Where to find the chat
To open the chat, click on the chat icon on the sidebar or click the purple chat bubble icon in the bottom right corner of your screen inside the Narify platform.
Once opened, you’ll see a sidebar with three tabs at the bottom:
Home - Default view with several options
Messages - Ongoing conversations with support
Help - Access to all written tutorials and how-to articles (where you’re reading this!)
What you can do in the Home tab
Inside the Home tab, you’ll see options like:
Send us a message - Opens the chat window so you can speak to Rocket or request help from a human.
Create a ticket - If you want to submit a formal request or report a bug, you can open a ticket through here.
Search for help – Opens the Help tab directly, where you’ll find guides, tutorials, and videos.
This makes the chat sidebar more than just a chatbot - it’s also your shortcut to documentation and giving us feedback.
Start a chat
When you choose Send us a message, the chat window opens and you’ll be asked what brings you there today. You’ll get a few quick buttons:
I found a bug - To report a problem
I have a feature request - To suggest improvements or feature wishes
Chat with Rocket - Get instant advice or tips on how to improve your LinkedIn presence, or about Narify as a platform.
Talk to a human - If you need hands-on help or support from the Narify team
Rocket, our chatbot, can help you with things like how often to post, how to structure a LinkedIn post, or give ideas based on your tags. If Rocket can’t solve your problem, your conversation will automatically be handed over to a human.
Need written help instead?
Not everyone loves chatting. That’s why we also have the Help tab in the sidebar. Click that tab to explore our searchable knowledge base - you’ll find articles, video tutorials, and feature guides grouped into collections like getting started, using Narify, settings, tutorials and videos
