Need to change your password or passcode? No problem.

First, press button at the top left of the home screen to open the side menu. Then press the gear in the lower left corner of the screen to open the Settings page.
 

Change My Password

Just got signed up and need to change your password? This is where you'll do so. Just press the change password button.

In the "Old Password" field, enter your current password (this will be the temporary password from the email we sent you if you haven't changed it before). In the "New Password" field, enter your new password and re-enter it in the "Confirm Password" section to confirm. Then, just press save changes. 

Changing My Passcode

This will change the passcode that you use to confirm deals or loyalty cards when a customer checks in at your business. 

In the "Old Passcode" field, enter your current passcode (this will be the temporary passcode from the email we sent you if you haven't changed it before). In the "New Passcode" field, enter your new passcode and re-enter it in the "Confirm Passcode" section to confirm. Then, just press save changes. 

Changing All Passcodes

This will change the passcode for all users at your business. We recommend doing this on a regular basis so that users can't get ahold of it.

Just enter a new passcode in the "New Passcode" field and re-enter it in the "Confirm New Passcode" section to confirm. That's it. 

When you do this, you'll need to let your employees that redeem coupons and punchcards what the new code is so that they can do so.
