First, download the Merchant app:
If you haven't yet, you should receive an email with a temporary password and passcode.
The first thing you see when you open the Merchant app is your dashboard. Here you can see how many customers have checked in at your business and how many have redeemed your coupons, as well as a snapshot of what your customers look like demographically. You can also see how your most recent posts are performing.
On the posts page you can see all of the posts you've made and create new posts to keep your followers updated and reach out to new customers.
Your QR Code
Your customers can scan the QR codes posted in your business to check in, but you can also pull it up from here.
On the deals page, you can get a glimpse of how your coupon and loyalty card campaigns are performing as well as create new coupons and loyalty cards. Remember, only your followers have access to your loyalty cards, so let everyone know to follow you!

We got all of your profile information when you signed up, but if you need to tweak anything, you can take care of that here.
Have employees/managers that you want to make posts or create deals for you? No sweat, you can easily create employee accounts for your business here.

Redeem Native Dollars
Has a customer spent Fortune Dollars at your business? Awesome! Simply start a chat with us letting us know that we owe you $$$ for reimbursement. Take a photo of of the dollars and send to us so we can verify the serial no. We'll put a check in the mail within 2 business days!
