Transparent Ad Marketplace (TAM) is a popular header-bidding solution provided by Amazon Publisher Services (APS) for inventory monetization.

Nativo’s direct server-to-server integration with Amazon offers you the ability to plug demand from Nativo Demand Channels into your TAM setup.

The TAM integration enables the following benefits:

  • Unlock additional incremental fill against existing IAB ad inventory.

  • Instant activation within your TAM account with no on-site changes needed.

Integration Steps

  • As a first step, introduce your Nativo Platform Success Manager to your Amazon representative. This will kick off the process to enable the connection with Nativo and allow access to your site and placement information within Nativo’s TAM account.

  • Once the connection has been made within Amazon’s platform, Nativo will download your placement mapping information and configure sites and placements within the Nativo platform.
    Note: Currently supported ad sizes are 300x250, 300x600, 320x50, 728x90, 728x250 and 970x250.

  • Nativo will provide Ads.txt records to add to your files to ensure maximum demand.

📘

Note that depending on the number of placements to activate, Nativo may need 3-10 days lead time to complete the back-end setup.

Content Landing Pages for Native Article Demand

Receiving unique demand from Nativo’s proprietary Native Article ad format requires one additional integration step--building and hosting a Content Landing Page (CLP) within your CMS. For steps on how to build this out and enable Native Article demand, please reference the Content Landing Page Integration guide.

CLP Integration Benefits

  • Exclusive access to campaigns from premium Advertisers, that makeup on average 40% of Nativo’s demand set.

  • CPMs 25% - 50% higher than standard Native Display campaigns.

Launch

Once placements are created and activated in the Nativo platform, Nativo will inform Amazon to enable traffic. We will let you know once placements are active so you can begin to monitor on your end.

🚧

Nativo encourages you to monitor both Nativo and Amazon reporting regularly for any potential discrepancies. Please reach out to your Nativo Platform Success Manager should abnormally high discrepancies arise.
