💡 Before you can see the imported info, you have to go to the menu Settings -> Fuel Cards and link your fuel cards with a driver or vehicle

📍 REFUELING INFORMATION IMPORT

Click on the designated area or drag CSV files on it

💡 You can only import files in CSV format

💡 If you are having problems with your files, we recommend sending them to us for checking

  1. After the first import, the system adds all the fuel cards in it automatically to your system

  2. After you have imported your file, determine the following: "File separator", "Text separator", "File encoding"

  3. If the columns in the file are boxed and the information seems correct, click on "Continue"

  4. Lift the compulsory data fields* to the right columns of the file header

  5. If everything is correct, the fueling rows will activate and you can click on "Import"

*The compulsory data fields are: time of purchase, card number, and amount (liters)

💡 Before you can import a file, you have to create the fuel card reports to your desktop

💡 Such reports are automatically added to the desktop when the import module is activated

The fuel card reports can also be created manually:

  1. When creating the report choose "Fuel card data"

  2. The main data should be „Tankings" with fuel cards“ or „Fuel cards“

  3. You will create a vehicle-based or fuel card based report when doing so

💡 In the reports, you will also see the average fuel consumption, distance from the last refueling, the name of the filling station, and the address of the station (according to the received GPS data)

I hope you found everything you needed! If you still need help, just contact us via the chat bubble you see on the bottom right corner of your screen! 😊
