To create a new fueling report, go to Reports -> Tankings -> New tanking report
Choose the desired time period or use a custom time range.
Tanking is grouped in the report if you do not change it.
Choose the Vehicle(s), Vehicle group(s), Driver(s), and Fuel card(s) by checking the ones you need and click on the green arrow.
Choose the parameters from the Column box and click the green arrow.
Finish your work by clicking on the green "Create" button.
The report view will open:
If you wish to use the report in the future, do like so:
Save your report by clicking on the green "Save" button
Create a name for your report
Click on "OK"
💡 The report you just created can later be viewed and edited from the Reports menu or choosing the right report type from the drop-down menu.
💡 You can also set up report recurrences from the editing view of the report.
