How do I create a new cost report?

To create a new expense report, go to Reports -> Expenses -> New expense report

  1. Choose the desired time period or use a custom time range.

  2. Choose the Vehicle(s) and Driver(s) by checking the ones you need and click on the green arrow.

  3. Determine the Category and Expense labels.

  4. Choose the parameters from the Column box and click the green arrow.

  5. Finish your work by clicking on the green "Create" button.

If you wish to use the report in the future, do like so: 

  1. Save your report by clicking on the green "Save" button.

  2. Create a name for your report.

  3. Click on "OK".

💡 The report you just created can later be viewed and edited from the Reports menu or choosing the right report type from the drop-down menu.

💡 You can also set up report recurrences from the editing view of the report.
