How can I make reservations for vehicles?

You can make reservations for example for vehicles that are used by more than one person in your company 🚚🚘📅

💡 The reservation information will automatically be added to your reports, so the one making the reservation doesn't have to determine their trip types in the trip report separately.

To see all the reservations, go to the menu Reservations

💡You will see the Day view in the calendar, but that can easily be changed to Week, Month, or Year view (from the top right of the screen).

💡 If you wish to view reservations for a specific vehicle, choose it from the top right of your screen (drop-down menu).


📍 ADDING A NEW RESERVATION

To add a new reservation, go to Reservations -> Add new booking

  1. Choose a vehicle you wish to book from the drop-down menu.

  2. Determine the start and end times.

  3. Determine the trip type (business or personal).

  4. Choose the driver from the drop-down menu.

  5. Add a comment.

  6. "Save" your work.


📍 EDITING A RESERVATION

To edit an existing reservation, go to the Reservation menu and click on the name of the reservation you wish to make changes to.

💡 If the reservation hasn't started yet, you can change all the fields.

💡 If the reservation time is still valid (it hasn't ended yet), you can change the end time (make the reservation longer or shorter).

💡 You can delete the reservation ONLY when it hasn't started. Deleting the reservation after it has started isn't possible.
