Drivers' working and rest time is calculated on the basis of data received from the tachograph.

💡 Drivers' rest, working, and driving time data must be collected and saved for at least 12 months.

💡 Tachograph data must be copied from the driver card at least every 28 days and from the vehicle at least every 90 days.

If the company's fleet is large and vehicles are moving around all over the world, then the easiest solution is to use remote reading of tachograph data to download and save needed information in time.

📍 REMOTE READING OF TACHOGRAPH DATA IN NAVIREC

A special device is installed in the vehicle, which allows to:

  • monitor tachograph data in real-time (driver's driving, working, and rest time);

  • save tachograph and driver card data and view it at any time online;

  • download data periodically and automatically.

What do drivers and your company gain from this:

  • logistics manager has real-time information about the drivers' working, driving, and rest time;

  • thanks to real data, trips are easier to plan, and working hours are used more efficiently;

  • drivers do not have to go to the depot to copy data from a driver card or a vehicle;

  • data is downloaded online and only takes a few minutes;

  • all data is stored securely online and can be viewed and downloaded at any time;

  • the archiving of vehicle and driver card data takes place in a timely manner and the risk of overwriting old data is eliminated;
