In order to download data from driver cards and vehicles, both the company card and the employee driver cards must be linked to your account in the Navirec solution.
📍 DOWNLOADING TACHOGRAPH DATA
When downloading data for the first time, it is necessary to configure it for each vehicle (either one-time or interval download).
To set up a download, go to Tachographs -> Downloads -> New Download
Select the vehicle for which you want to download tachograph data and the company card from the drop-down menu.
Check some or all of the data types of interest for download.
To download once, select the period for which you want to copy data.
To set up a repetitive download, select the start date and interval for copying the data.
If you want the data to be copied consistently, leave the Until box unfilled.
When all settings have been made, save your work.
💡 When a recurring download is set up, data is copied from the vehicle and driver cards at intervals and automatically without any action required.
💡 To download tachograph data, the vehicle's ignition must be ON and the computer copying the data must not be in SLEEP MODE.
💡 If the download fails, the program will try to do it again every 5 minutes until it succeeds.
In the future, you will see all past and planned tachograph activities in the Downloads menu.
Here you can also export data, run data downloads again after failure, or archive data.
If you want to see the activities related to a specific vehicle, you can use the search engine by entering the car registration number in the box.
