Clearing your internet browser Cookies and Cache

Solution 1:

You can perform a 'Hard-refresh' on your computer, this is done while on the on the Navitas screen:

On a Windows PC, log out of your account so that the log in window is displayed.

Hold the 'Ctrl' key and push the 'F5' key. You can then log back in.

If you are using an Apple Mac, then solution #1 is still applicable, just replace 'Ctrl' and 'F5' with 'Command' and 'R'.

If you are unable to perform this step, proceed to solution #2.

Solution 2:

Google Chrome:

Click the three vertical dots at the top right of the screen, hover over 'history' and then select 'history' in the new menu.

Click 'Clear browsing data'.

You will be presented with a pop up with some options.

Set the time range to 'All time', and make sure 'Cookies and other site data' and Cached image files' are ticked - it doesn't matter if browsing history is ticked. The pop up should look like this:

Click clear data.

Edge:

Click the three horizontal lines at the top right of the screen and click 'history'.

Click 'Clear history'

Make sure that only 'Cookies and saved website data' and 'Cached data and files' are ticked. It should look like this:

Click 'Clear'.

You will now be able to use the dashboard, log back into Navitas and select the platform you wish to work on.
