Logging Into Navitas Compliance

Logging into the Navitas Compliance platform has changed recently - this is because we have deployed Single Sign On.

Single Sign On is a new Dashboard that allows users with multiple accounts to 'Pair' a Navitas Compliance, Digital Food Safety, and an Academy account - this results in a one set of log in credentials instead of a potential three.

To start the process first attempt to login with your current credentials.

When you first attempt to login with your current credentials, you will be prompted to provide an email address - This box should be filled with your own work email or a personal email address, any email addresses that are generic or an email that more than person uses will not work.

This process will verify your account and update your username - An password reset email will have been sent to the email address that you entered, allowing you to update your password.

Your login details will have now changed, your username will be your email address, and your password will be set by you. When you have verified you email and set your password you can log in.

If you are still having issues then please email us on compliance@navitas.eu.com listing your name, the account name, and your email address.
