Initial login
Once the booking of your remote Covid-19 assessment is confirmed an account will be created within 72 hours on our platform, Navitas Compliance.
An introductory email will be issued providing a link to Compliance and a temporary password. On first login you will be prompted to update the password to one of your choosing for security purposes.
Please note the following requirements:
Password must be a minimum of 7 characters,
Password must contain at least 1 uppercase character
Password must contain at least 1 number.
Password cannot be the same as your username.
Once a new password is entered and confirmed the dashboard will display.
