The Smart Probe needle doesn’t seem to be reporting accurately

Once a month, you will be required to conduct a Smart Probe needle calibration. However, if in doubt, you can perform this check at any time. From the main screen menu, we select the settings-cog, followed by the ‘Calibrate Thermometer’ option. You will then be required to take two temperature readings (boiling and freezing) on each Smart Probe needle to ensure it is reporting accurately. If the temperature readings are not accurate, get in contact with Navitas technical support to be issued a replacement.
