Instead of using the on/off button we find a lot of clients prefer to manually turn off the device from the settings cog. This can be easier than holding the power button in for 5 seconds. Simply go into the settings cog, scroll down to the bottom of all the settings options and select ‘shut down’. The device will prompt you to answer ‘are you sure?’ Select ‘yes’, and the device will then turn off completely. To turn it back on you’ll need to press the power button located on the underside of the device handle. You do not need to press and hold when turning on, only press and hold the power button if you wish to turn the device off!
