If you are ever requested by a Navitas support team member to provide us with your Smart Probe’s Device ID number, you can access this via the settings page. Scroll down the options on the settings page and you will find the Smart Probe’s version, Device ID and Wi-Fi IP Address all under the heading ‘information’.
