In this rare incidence, you should manually sync the Smart Probe to the Platform to ensure all temperature recordings have been transferred successfully. To do this, From the main menu, click on the orange cog and then scroll down and select ‘check for data update’. After you have clicked on this, the device manually syncs any information stored on the device to the platform. Don’t worry, there will be no duplication of data, doing this simply ensures all of the information is up to date.
