Now, let’s take a look at how to connect an offline Smart Probe to a Wi-Fi network. In order to do this, you must have a fully functioning internet connection with no issues. If your internet is down or not working then we advise you to contact your internet provider ASAP. To access settings, click on the orange cog icon at the bottom of the main menu screen. The first option available to you is to ‘Select WiFi Network’ click on this box and ensure there is a tick in the box next to the ‘WiFi’ on option.’ Next, scroll down to locate the available networks the probe can connect with. Just like on a smartphone, click on the network you wish to connect to, enter the secure password using the touchscreen keyboard and wait for the network logo to appear in the top right-hand corner showing that the probe connected successfully.
