There shouldn’t be any reason that the Smart Probe won’t turn on other than it has a flat battery. If you should find your Smart Probe is unresponsive, please place the device on charge and try the power button again.

Ensure you charge the probe for at least 1 hour before attempting to use.

When the probe is not in use, always return it to charge to ensure maximum battery life.
