How to resolve non-compliant appliance temperatures

Learn how easy it is to resolve any non compliant temperatures within the system

Has one of your fridges or freezes recorded a non compliant temperature and now you need to resolve it? Here’s how easy it is to resolve any non compliant temperatures within the system:

  1. From the dashboard you’ll see the ‘Appliance Temperature’ tile is red. By clicking this tile will then provide a drop down which will state which appliance is non compliant and will have the status ‘Unresolved’. On the right hand side, you’ll see a button that says ‘Resolve’, please click this button.

You will now be in the ‘Resolve Temperatures’ section of the platform.

  1. From here, click the box next to the list of non compliant temperatures to select them, a little tick will then appear in the box.
    If there’s more than one you can also select the top box next to ‘done at’ to select them all in one go.

  2. Now, select your name from the ‘Select Staff’ drop down menu.

  3. Click the ‘Resolve’ box - again a little tick will appear in the box when you click it.

  4. Enter a reason why the temperature was non compliant in the free text box. E.g. Door Left Open

  5. Finally, click the green ‘Resolve’ button to finish.
