How to manage your Product Menu

Need to add, edit or remove product from your menu and have this update appear on your Smart Probe? Here’s how to do it!

How to add, edit and delete a product on the product menu

  1. To add a new product to the menu click on’ Product Menu’ and then click on ‘Edit Menu’. This will bring up the below screen. To add a product click on the ‘+ ADD PRODUCT’ button on the top of the screen.

2. Once you click on ‘+ADD PRODUCT’ the below screen will be available to fill. Please ensure you input the product name, supplier (if applicable - this would be for any goods in products you are adding) and the service the item is linked to. Once you have inputted this information Please click on the create button which will then create the item within the menu for you.

Don’t see a supplier? Please make sure you’ve added any ‘suppliers’ to the supplier section. This can be found by selecting ‘Suppliers’ within ‘Products Menu’ section.

  1. To create a folder to place the products into please click on ‘+ADD FOLDER’ which will bring up the below Folder Name box where you can name the folder. Once you have created the folder you can just drag and drop the relevant products into the folder on the screen.

2. You can view all the items placed in a folder by clicking on the small arrow next to the folder name. From this screen you can also duplicate a product or folder by clicking on green ‘Clone’ button on the right hand side of the screen. To edit a product press the orange ‘Edit’ button which will reopen the product allowing you to make any amendments that are needed. The red delete button will allow you to delete the selected product or folder.

3. When you choose to delete either a product or folder there will be a confirmation box that will allow you to complete the action. This is to prevent any accidental deletions.
