Navitas Safety Compliance: Using the Audit Report

Need to report on your audit data? No problem. This can be done via the Audit Report function available via your Navitas Compliance dashboard. To do this, follow the steps below.

Please note: Audit report is only available to users with Operations Manager* user access and above.

*Or equivalent user role

  1. Log on to your Navitas Compliance platform

  2. On the left hand side toolbar, open the audit reporting suite by selecting Audits, then Management info, then Audit report

  3. The audit reporting suite will load for you.

  4. Now determine your data. The filters here allow you to drill down straight to the detail you require.

    • Brand - allows you to filter your audits by brands (where applicable)

    • Audit Type - allows you to filter by the type of audit you need to see. Want them all? Simply leave this section blank and no filter will be applied.

    • Sites - Allows you to filter results by specific location. Click in to box to scroll the list or quicker still, start typing the name of the site you need to filter immediately. Want to see data for all sites? Simply leave this field blank.

    • Start and End date - The default reporting period is set as one month. Want more? No problem. Simply click into the field to change the start and end dates to suit your needs. The maximum available reporting window is 12 months.

    • Status - Only want to see completed audits? You can easily filter audits by changing the ‘Status’ drop down to only include audits with the desired completion status. Want to see them all? Simply leave this field blank.

    • Score - Need to identify which audits passed or failed? If so, results can be filtered accordingly using this drop down. Simply change the ‘Score’ drop down to include the results you want. Want them all? No problem. Simply leave this field blank.

  5. Once you are happy with your filter, hit the SUBMIT button to run the report

  6. All results are displayed at the bottom of the screen

  7. By default, the page will display up to 10 results per page. Pages can be navigated by using the icons in the bottom right of your screen.

  8. Need to see more on one page? You can adjust the amount of results shown on one page by adjusting the show entries settings. Settings can be adjusted to show up to 1000 results per page.

  9. Need to take the data with you? Results can be exported as required using the buttons above the list of results. Simply press the desired button and the data will download to your device.
