Within Navitas Safety, there's a number of ways to access your audit action plans. For the purpose of this guide we're going to show you via the Audit Menu.

For reference:

  • You can also action audit action plans via the Diary - all actions will appear automatically on the diary when they're due, you can simply click them and be taken straight through to that particular action.

  • You can also view your latest audits via the 'New Audits' table on the main dashboard (if you're using our standard dashboards). An audit that's with you to complete will have the status of 'Site Manager'. Clicking the 'More' button will provide you access to view the audit and/or the Action plan.

  1. Click 'Audits' From the Menu

Please note, if your organisation has chosen to rename this module, it might be called inspections or another name.

  2. Click 'Active Audits'

  3. Select your audit
From here, you'll see a list of audits which have been completed for this site. Any that are currently with you, as the site manager, will have the Status of 'Site Manager'.

  4. Viewing the audit
To the right hand side of the desired audit, click MORE, then View

  5. Viewing your action plan
Please read the findings in the audit report prior to reviewing the Action Plan. This will help you to understand what has happened and what you need to do.
Once satisfied, click the orange ACTION PLAN button located in the top right hand corner of your screen.

  6. Complete your actions
Work your way through each action plan point until you've signed them all off.

Click 'More' and then 'Complete' against an Action Plan Point.

  7. Add Your Details

Add 'Notes' about what you've done to complete this action plan point.

Update the 'Date Actioned' to when you completed the action.

Optionally 'Upload Files' to provide any supporting documentation or imagery as requested.

    Click 'COMPLETE' once you're done.

  8. Sign Off The Audit

Work your way through all of the action plan points until you've completed them all. Once competed, you'll be prompted to 'Sign Off' the audit.

You will have the option to provide a comment when signing off the audit which will appear on the timeline and be shared with the next person in the approval process.

  9. This is now your part in the audit process competed.

Should any of your action plan updates be rejected, these will reopen for you to provide additional information as requested. Please follow the same process again to resubmit your action plan.
