How to sign off an audit at Site Manager status using 'Login as'

This guide outlines the steps to sign off an audit in site manager status using the 'Log In As' function

Prerequisites:

  1. Access to the Navitas Compliance platform.

  2. Permissions to 'Login as' a Site Manager.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Access 'Log In As' Feature:

On the left-hand side toolbar, locate and click on the "Login As" option.

Select Account:

Find and select the account you wish to access as a site manager.

Initiate Login:

Click the green "Login As" button to proceed.

Locate Audit:

Once logged in as the site manager, navigate to the audit that requires sign-off.

This can be done via the 'New audits' section on the dashboard

Or via the 'Audits' section on the left hand tool bar and clicking 'Audits Library'

View Audit Details:

Click on the "More" option and then select "View" to access the details of the audit.

Sign Off Audit:

Within the audit details, locate the green "Sign Off" button.

Click on the button, add any necessary comments, and then click "Sign Off" again to confirm.

Confirmation:

The audit has now been successfully signed off at the site manager level.

Logout As Site Manager:

To return to your original account, click on the "Logout As" option located on the left-hand side toolbar.
