The Digital Food Safety platform allows you to create your own custom form templates for things like opening checklists, cleaning schedules and any other regular kitchen tasks that need documenting.

You need to be logged in as a Site Manager and have access to the "Form Templates" module in your menu to create your own form templates as below. If you do not, please speak to your account manager.
