Overview
This section allows the GP side to ask questions and gather essential information from the Transferor and Transferee before proceeding with the transfer.
Note: This step is part of the sequential Pre-Transfer workflow. It must be completed before the next step can begin. The transfer cannot proceed until all questions are approved and until this step is manually approved by the GP.
Each question follows a strict Question β Answer β Review loop, and each question card displays:
Question status: In Progress or Completed.
Question details: Which participant asked the question and the date and time it was submitted.
Mandatory flag: All questions are mandatory.

Accessing This Section
The Questions to Transfer Parties section is accessible to users on the GP Side (GP, GP Counsel, GP Administrator), the Transferor Side (Transferor, Transferor Counsel, Transferor Administrator), and the Transferee Side (Transferee, Transferee Counsel, Transferee Administrator).
From the Transfer Overview page, click on Questions to Transfer Parties under Pre-Transfer in the left sidebar.
For GPs: Asking Questions
To add a question:
Click Add Question in the top-right corner.
Type your question in the pop-up and click Submit.
Once transfer parties respond, their answers appear within the question card. If a response needs clarification, add a Follow-up within the question card.
Monitor the status badges to track progress, and mark the section as complete once all questions have been answered to your satisfaction.
For Transferors and Transferees: Answering Questions
As a Transferor or Transferee, you will see the questions the GP has posted. Each question card includes:
Question text: With an asterisk (*) indicating mandatory questions.
Question details: Who asked the question, and the date and time it was posted.
Your Response: A free text box where you enter your answer.
After submitting your response, the GP will be notified. If the GP requests further clarification, a Follow-up Request will appear within the question card for you to respond to.
The GP will mark the section as Completed once all questions are satisfied.
