Single Fund Overview

By clicking on any fund you will first view its Overview page.

The fund's name will appear in the page header, along with an overview of active and closed transfers.

Below the header, five tabs provide access to different areas of the fund:

  • Overview (selected by default)

  • Transfers

  • Vehicles

  • Documents

  • Investors

Overview Tab

At the top of the Overview tab, three cards display key counts at a glance:

  • Active Transfers: The total number of transfers currently in progress for this fund.

  • Closed Transfers: The total number of completed transfers for this fund.

  • Vehicles: The total number of investment vehicles (e.g., Master, Feeder, AIV) linked to this fund.

Fund Information

Below the metric cards, the Fund Information card displays:

  • Fund Name

  • Strategy (e.g., Growth, Buyout)

  • Vintage Year

  • Investors: The total number of Limited Partners associated with this fund.

  • Total Commitments: The fund size, displayed in the fund's base currency.

  • Documents Uploaded: The total number of document templates available in the Documents tab.

Transfers Tab

The Transfers tab lists all transactions, both active and historical, associated with the fund. Click any row to open that transfer's overview page.

GPs can add historical transfer data by clicking Add Historical Transfer in the top-right corner and completing the Transfer Details card.

Vehicles Tab

The Vehicles tab displays all investment vehicles associated with the fund and their details. To add a new vehicle, click Add a New Vehicle in the top-right corner. For detailed guidance on how to add a new vehicle see section 2 of this article: Adding a New Fund

Documents Tab

The Documents tab is a centralised template repository where fund-level document templates can be uploaded once and automatically applied to all subsequent transfers for that vehicle. To upload a template:

  1. Click Upload Document in the top-right corner.

  2. Select the appropriate vehicle and document type from the pop-up.

  3. Upload or drag and drop your Word (.docx) or PDF file.

Investors Tab

The Investors tab allows GPs to maintain a list of the fund's Limited Partners. You can add investors in two ways:

  • Bulk upload: Click Upload LP Register to upload a CSV file containing your full LP roster.

  • Individual entry: Click Add Investor to add a single investor manually. You will then be required to enter the following fields:

    • Investor Name: The full legal entity name of the Limited Partner.

    • Jurisdiction: The domicile of the investor (e.g., Delaware, Luxembourg).

    • Vehicle: Select the partnership vehicle from the dropdown. This list is populated with the vehicles that exist for this fund.

    • Commitment Amount: The monetary value of the LP's interest. The currency is automatically set based on the vehicle you select, you do not need to enter it separately.

Once submitted, the investor appears immediately in the registry.
