Learn about the changes and improvements to viewing your appointments

Your appointment page has a sleek new design that seamlessly aligns with your Timetable. We've also introduced several enhancements, including:

  • A streamlined layout that organises appointment details into easily accessible sections

  • A 'Book Again' feature for quickly scheduling your client's next appointment

  • An intuitive checkout interface with support for recording split payments

  • Optimisation for viewing on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

#1 Appointment status

At the top is the appointment time and status:

COLOUR

STATUS

Blue (or your configured service group colour)

Balance to pay

Green

Balance settled

Orange

Missing prepayment

Yellow

Refund required

Grey

Cancelled

Red

Missed

If you do not take payments on the system, the following statuses will not be applicable to your appointments:

  • Balance to pay

  • Balance settled

  • Missing prepayment

  • Refund required

#2 Client details

If a client record is linked, you can tap the arrow button to open their page:

If no record is linked:

Tap to enter their details manually (without linking to a client record), or choose to link an existing or new client record:

#3 Section tabs

Appointment details are split into four tabs:

  • Info: Services, products

  • Files (conditional): Consultation form, patch test, client notes

  • Payment: Payment items, transactions

  • Details: Audit, reminders

#4 Footer buttons

At the bottom of the appointment:

  • Cancel (bin icon): Cancel the appointment (or selected services/products)

  • Checkout: Opens the checkout flow to record payments and settle the balance

  • Menu (three-dots icon): Opens a list of options (e.g. reschedule, book again, add service/product)
